i had to break my back window, but its off! my whole tailgate is shot so i thought......what the hell! it hasent rained here for almost two months and doesnt look like any is in the forcast. now im looking to take the doors off!
winter? im not going to be living here in the winter. im going back down south where i belong! im getting a brand new tailgate next month and im working on making a pair of soft doors to go with the soft top i hope to get next month also. its great not having the top on, id like to be able to remove it myself whenever i want to.
I like running with the top off also.Usualy I have my three boys help get it off and on but working 2nd one night @ 2a.m. I had to do it my self due to weather. The trick is to back up close to it, pick up the front, lean it against the tailgate then get behind it lift, guide and slide. Then get inside bend over use your shoulders to put it in its final spot and bolt it down. Reverse order to take it off.
