I have an '06 Screw with two-tone Red/Arizona beige. The factory aluminum wheels have grey paint accents. I think it clashes a little bit. Maybe I'm too picky.
Is there an easy way to remove the paint without damaging the aluminum? Is it worth it in your opinion?

Do you ever foresee yourself going to larger or wider tires? If so, I would save the cake until you upgrade (because the stock rims are prohibitive in many 'larger' tires).
No, I'm not going to buy larger tires. I guess I'll just live with it because it seems like removing it would be a hassle. Or, I could paint it to match the beige, haven't thought of that.
I don't think there is any way for you to do this and not screw up your wheels. The wheels would have to be off the vehicle. A professional would carefully sand the areas to be painted just to rough-up the clear coat (with the 'good' areas already masked off), then use an airbrush to apply the color coat, following up with a clear coat. It would cost several hundred $ and absolutely would not be worth the trouble.
Why not find a set of take off's with the arizona beige inserts and the matching center caps? I just picked up a set of 4 new 18" Lariat wheels, with tire pressure sensors in place for 250 shipped.
Search ebay and you can find all sorts of take offs or lightly used rims that will meet your needs.
