Just depends on how much experience you've welding & how pretty you wish it to be, as It's a Basic cut it to fit & line it up to weld it after cutting out the bad spots.
I don't think anyone makes the entire floor, only patch panels
Theres your 1st hurdle. If youre looking @ the generic floors by Bitchen or similar, I'd just stick with replacement panels. By the time you get done re-doing the tranny tunnel (not big enough), seat mounts (there are none) etc., you've made more work for yourself.
If you have some good metal around the bad spots, try making your own patches. Sheet metal is available locally, and is much less expensive than buying panels. The floor area usually has very simple curves which are easy to form at home.
And bead rolling(or something like that) some lines in the patch will give it strength too. Even Menards has square sheetmetal pieces in 1ft x 1ft or 2ft x 2ft etc. I suggest using tag-board to prefit the size and shapes you need before cutting the floor out.
I like a lot of guys/gals have replaced or patched their truck floors, I used 14 ga metal. I have pics in my gallery. had no welding experience. I have a slight oilcan in my passenger side but will shrink it out later before final paint
