I would also like to add that it has been a privilege working with Jon.
I agree with "Falcon", we need to support the cause.
I have mentioned before that my "pet peeve" is when people call and "milk" me for information, then they purchase their parts on e-bay or the sort. Trust me, when I have an indepth conversation with someone and don't see any support, I do remember.
I have invested a lot of time and $$$ in researching and developing these engines; Jon has spent a lot of time putting this article together. This all has a value, and from what I can remember, when you take something of value & don't pay for it, it was called stealing.
A few weeks ago I had a 5 min conversation with a lawyer requesting some information. I later received a $60 bill in the mail. Other occupations expect fair compensation for their time and knowledge, why should the automotive field be any different? The internet has made it easy for all of us to get parts at a very economical price. However, we ought to keep in mind that when we spend time gaining information from a salesman, and not purchase the parts and/or services from him, we aren't fairly compensating or supporting the person who did all the research.
I don't mean to take this to an extreme, but I think it is something that everyone should consider in their support, not only to my company, but to
the sponsors of this web site who pay money for you to enjoy this site. To Jon @ Fordmuscle who spends time & money to bring you the information he does. How about the local plumber that you call and get advice, then take your $$ to places like Home Depot.
I think you are catching my drift, it's Sunday so I felt like a sermon.

Reverend Tim Meyer
Aree completely, that's why I haven't called you and bugged you. But, I know I will be putting together another 400FMX and this one will be a stroker. When I'm ready to drop coin, you can bet I will call.
As for Ford Muscle, I've been subscribing since it started. It's the best mag on the market especially since PRIMEDIA has sucked up every paper mag out there AND killed off Super Ford....but they kept printing every GM rag and all the damn Mustang stuff.
Thanks for the support guys. Had a great time putting that article together. Tim was a huge help. And Dan Lee came through with some great pics as well.
I have picked up the mag many times in the store, whenever there was
something besides yet another 5.0 hopup
351/400M support is very very cool. Thank you Jon!!
Tim, I definately support the folks that provide me with useful information and I try to stay away from the warehouse customer inconvenience stores like HomeDepot. Which reminds me, guess I better pony up to supporting this site!
Sorry if i upset anyone its that the extra cash flow doesn't exist (ends up into the 400build) as i wrap up my last semester in college (6 weeks left horray ).
But yeah tmeyer is a great contributer to this cause and i fully intend to support the company and have been refering a number of people his way, so once i get out there and get the whole career thing going and the cash starts flowing i will be supporting those who help the cause.

So I put my money where my mouth was and subscribed to FM! Go Jon, and long live the 400M
I am hoping to hit the motor this spring and I really can't wait!
