2001 F150 OBDII Code Reader - No Power

My 2001 F150 Service Engine light came on a few days ago, so I thought I would hook up my reader to see what the problem was, when I plugged it in, I had no power to the reader. I also have a 2000 F150, so I tested the reader on the other truck to see if it would work and sure enough it came on, any ideas as to why there is no power to my OBDII reader?

There is a fuse that supplies power to the socket as well as some other areas.
Also look for a pin that has pushed in or bent over.
Pin 16 lower right side of the socket.

There was a blown fuse that was causing the problem, thanks for the help, the DPFE sensor is bad.
