I have a 1994 F-250 that I replaced a fender on and wanted to paint it.
There were 2 codes on the door tag for the paint colour.
YZ and B7
My local parts store say that isnt a code for a 94?
Its a white.
Can anyone give me any ideas why those codes arent showing up on his computer for 94?

yz should be the right code, being that its white. Pretty common color, and still used today

 

YZ is the body color,, B7 is the interior color, you shouldn't have any problems getting a paint supplier to match that one, just check to see how many alternates are available and go with the one with the highest probability %.

 

The YZ is your white and the B7 is either the tutone color or the interior color. It should say on the tag what each code is.
