Restore Engine treatment

I have a 1992, 350 with the 7,3 idi diesel engine with 209,000 miles on it. I am getting ready to change the oil, and I saw a can of Restore Engine Treatmant at the auto parts store. It saw that it is safe for diesels, but has anyone tried it? Also, I add 2 quarts of LUCAS oil stabilizer to the crankcase when I add my Rotella. Are these 2 products compatible?

i've used restore in some gas engines with favorable results but i wouldn't mix the two treatments.
