2.9l Fuel Injection Problem

Ok here is the deal went to drive the bronco II down to my friends shop for an overhaul would not start. tested everything to find that I had a dead pump. cool not a big problem went to drop the tank both connectors just fell apart. So now i have to run all new line as the rest will probably go in the near future.

My question is what is the (ID) diameter of the hose and does any one have a good leed on fuel injection hose? I want to go with the steel lines however I have no idea on how to get all the bends in there with out kinking the line. please help this ford is like a secound wife to me and she has already raped my wallet and seems set to go for my bank account to.

I hope i might get some help this time thanks.

I'm thinking 3/8 supply and 5/16 return, but I'm not positive. They do make high pressure EFI rubber line if you can piece it back together.

Thanks, i'v converted over to the hard line now. I used the 5/16 hard line and joined it with 5/16 fuel injection line yesterday. I now have about 2ftof rubber total for the whole fuel system. That was a pretty inexpensive route to go with everything it cost just under 50.
