Thanks, Found It up under the dash... Pulled out the mini glove box in the center there and could read the numbers with a flashlight through the opening.
tbozzi, I finally got to search down the BSM for the STX standard cab today. It wasnt exactly where the manual states as you found out. It is in the corner directly behind the door hinges on the left rear of the cab. Open both doors and pull back the weatherstrip around the door opening. With a large screw driver gently pop the corner panel push pins out and you will free the panel and see the module in the center area of that corner.

I'm new to the board and came across your posting! I've desperately been trying to locate the RAP module in my truck (2004 F150 Supercrew) I'm hoping that it's also on the back wall as you've inditcated! I've searched the internet high and low, called the factory and talked to my dealer ... If in fact the box is where you've indicated on the back wall I'll be super stoked to find the code!!!!

Yep, on the back wall behind the rear seat back on the driver side.
