Three notes:
1. F-350 towing mirrors do not fit E-series vans. The upgrades people have made were been to E-series specific factory towing mirrors. Many on eBay come off of E-450 ambulance and RV conversions that were upgraded to Velvac mirrors.
2. E-series towing mirrors do not have convex glass on the top half of the passenger side mirror. Only the smaller mirror on the bottom is convex.
3. The E-350 XLT passenger side mirrors are convex to different degrees on the top and bottom halves. Please note that these are not the same as the base mirrors.

Is the E-350 XLT passenger side mirror identicle to the base mirror except for the upper mirror being convex?

If all you need is a replacement glass for your existing mirror housing, you should be able to get one at any glass shop. Its an easy fix. In most cases it will stick on right over the existing cracked or broken glass.

Then try a glass shop. Most glass shops stock replacement glass for these mirrors.

Convex Mirror Found
I found exactly what I needed at: http://www.burcoinc.com/ and was able to order it through Auto Mirrors Plus on eBay. $32.85 shipped.
BTW, for a 2003 the part number is #3767 Convex in the Redi Cuts Catalog.
