choke plate pulldown spec
I posted this over in the 300-6 forum and didn't get anything so I thought I would try it here...........
I have the Detroit Iron manual on CD rom for my '76 truck with a 300-6. There is everything in there except the calibration or specification tables. What I need to know is the choke plate pulldown spec. That is where you check the amount the internal choke pulloff opens the choke when the engine starts and engine vacuum pulls the pulloff piston in. Can anybody tell me this?
I bet Million or somebody else that has the old Ford literature knows...........
