Stuck Mirrors...I think
I just got a 99 F350SD 7.3PSD. It is nice to have the option of the mirrors way out there, but not when you are not towing. The dealer said you just push them in, but they won't budge.
Tips, Tricks...Ideas? Bigger hammer?

I had the same mirrors, they don't extend, you need to buy the newer mirrors and install them, about an hours worth of work. Very nice to see around campers etc. Also do a search for C-betr mirrors, another nice addtion.
A word of advice, get the mirrors that fold both ways, (if you hit something) you will be glad you did. (I didn't)

Get the kit off www.powerstrokeshop.com Upgrade to the lighted and heated ones.... easy to install
