droopy front end

i have a 90 model shortbox, the top of the tire are pointed in severly. causes tires to wear on the inside. is this ball joint problem or what? how much to fix?

is it just one tire or both??? if just one: jack up the truck on the frame and check that particular wheel for slack, side to side, up and down. if there is some pinpoint it and have it repaired, if there is no slack, go to an alignment shop and have them take a look. if both tires are leaning in, you might want to look into some new front springs, or maybe a leveling kit (if your 4x4).
