BC bronco intake adapter question

I read about this intake manifold adapter a couple of threads down on this forum but I didn't want to hyjack his post. It mentions of an adapter from BC that allows using a stang's upper HO intake to bolt to the truck style lower intake. I'm really curious if anyone has tried this because this will solve one of the biggest problems with sticking a truck 5.8 efi under the hood of the EB. I doubt that it will clear 100% because my 302 still rubs the hood even with notching the brace and the 5.8 being taller plus the thickness of the adapter. I'm sure the set-up wont out flow a GT40 intake but do you think it's enough for a mild built 5.8?

From what I have heard Chuck hs gotten the first batch for sale from the mfg. I don't know if they are spoken for or not. I think you dead on on the clearence issue. It looks like your goning to need a body lift or higher hood to clear if your hitting already. He's got some data on his web site on power numbers. I'm not sure if there was flow data too. You might want to take a look at them.
I bet he ends up selling more than a few to the 5.0 mustang crowd too.
