rear end code for 3.73

I'm ready to set out looking for a 2004 or 2005 F250 or F350 to use as a fifth wheel TV and I gotta know the code on the door sticker for the 3.73. Please respond ASAP as I hit the dealer traps tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
