AOD Tranny Flush
I have an 89' F-150 4x4 302, AOD tranny and am thinking about doing a tranny flush. I have heard many different opinions about weather doing a tranny flush on a higher mileage truck is a good idea. My truck has 160,000 miles on it and I am wondering if doing a flush on it is a good idea or not and what kind of ATF is recomended.
