OBD scanners might not work. I have tried them on my 96 and 97 and they didn't work on either one. Are you saying it does not start at all? Did you check all the fuses, under hood and under dash?
You may have a shorted fuel heater. It will fry a fuse, but don't remember which one off hand. Did this happen all of a sudden, or did it run bad for a while and then quit?
When you check fuses use a test light. It makes it quicker and easier and eliminates the fact that a fuse is bad but looks good. That will happen from time to time.
First off- Thank YOu all so much for your great input & help. This place is really great.
Now I am screwing myself up here explaining this to you.
The 1994 fsuperduty, I have not got a cps in yet.
I have a 1999 f350 that just up and died at the stop sign coming off the interstate. Figured it was the cps. put it in yesterday & that is the one my previous last 2 replys are for.
I will check the fuses and reset the battery on the 1999 also.
