Please Somebody Hellllpppp!!!!!
I am the proud owner of a 90 model bronco II, which has been an absolute beast for me.I've give it hell for 300,000 miles since i was 16 years old,but i now have a serious problem THE DAMN THING WONT CRANK
I was sitting at a stop light 1 day and it just died like i turned off the ignition.10 months later it still hasnt crunk up.Getting fuel and can here the pump coming on,so i pulled a plug and could not get a spark.Heres what i've changed so far,,
coil
cap
rotor button
igniton module
wires
plugs
even checked wires from coil to module etc,,
WHAT AM I MISSING,ECM maybe???i just cant think of what else could be making these things fire??? Has anyone ever experienced this problem?? Any imput is greatly appreciated.
THANKS
P.S the truck ran like a champ until that day

If the "new" TFI module checks good (somewhere here there is a test procedure info), then the only other things to check are all of the sensors (I believe there is also tech info on checking them here) and the ECM. You may also be having a bad ground to the ECM/TFI module, etc. OR ... when was the last time you replaced the battery? Could be too weak or have a dead cell, causing the ECM to not fire the ignition / injectors. FL1A, the neutral / clutch safety switches are only for the starter solenoid circuit, not the ignition, if memory serves me correctly.

well i had a similar problem and to be honest i don't know how i fixed it. I just juggled the wires that are on the drivers side near the coil and it worked ever since
Do you have an after-market tachometer installed? if your signal wire grounds out the truck wont run (and this IS from Personal experience )
