Question Fog/Driving Light Wiring??

My 2000 250 does not have the driving lights. I do not know if it came with or not. The in dash head light switch does pull out as if to turn these lights on?
Would my truck already be wired for these? Or is the pull out switch part of another feature? I would like to be able to buy some factory lights and install with ease. Any suggestions? Any idea what color wiring I am looking for behind the grille? I do not have the auto on feature also.
I would have thought with a Lariat, I would have it all, but I guess not.

Thanks
R Dennis

no there is no wiring and no switch, you need to buy a kit from ford for this it will come with the lights, brackets, wiring, and switch. it is very easy to install. Try here for the kit....

Not to go against what BigRyanKP said, but if the switch pulls out it either had fog lights or the switch was replaced with the wrong switch at some tme. The non fog light trucks switch does not pull out.
I would look behind where the fog lights go and see if the wires are bundled up behind the stock location or if you find 2 sets of cut wires. And in the worst case you can do what BigRyanKP said.

Not to go against what DernMooseAk said [OK, yes I did], but the 2000 switch pulls out just like all the others, but that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING inside of the module.

I've had mine apart to see, and made sure for myself.

I have photos that I can share if anyone's interested.

Yes, I am positive, 'cause I was really hoping to find SOMETHING inside to use for mine. There's nothing, just a splined shaft.
