Just a dumb question, but have you checked your engine oil level?? I know low oil will get air into the HPOP and play havoc.

Well, here's the latest and hopefully the last. We replaced the IPR, second test did not fair as well. This seems to have fixed it, at least for now. I had rebuilt the IPR and thought that was not a problem. I guess the rebuild doesn't always work. Thanks to all and a big thanks to amiller93 for all his help and suggestions.
