sticky throttle

First post on this fourm,hope I can get some answers?
HI EVERYONE!!!!
I have a 99 V8 explorer and have a sticky throttle,I hav checked the cable and it is OK,cleaned the throttle body shaft and it still is sticking and I don't know what to do next?
HELP!!!!!

I recently had that problem with a 2000 F150. I sprayed white lithium grease on the cable end in the engine bay. That fixed my problem.
