I have a 1999 Expy XLT. Last night it seemd like the Driver side Pwr window was frozen as was the other windows except rear pass window.
Now it seems Driver window is off track. Loud pop can be heard attempting to roll down window and Driver door can not be opened from inside of truck. The inside door handle is looks to pushed out by Pwr window mechanisim.

Can anyone tell me what may be broken. I want to be informed when I take it in.

Take it to an auto glass shop, not the dealer, if you want to save some serious dough.

 

sounds like your window regulator is messed up bad

 

yup that was it thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure if it was only the WR because of the inside handle jutting out
