Man that does look nice. You may want to regear to 4.30s, and even with this newfound power youre about to have in a month, that extra gearing will make the truck as snappy as it was with stock tires.
I'll second the 4.30's. I ran the stock 3.73's forever with this lift and tire combo, and the lag down low was noticeable even with all the other mods. Also going up mountain passes was a pain with the engine lugging at less than 1500 rpm's.
As far as the take-off shudder, you can cure that with the right amount of shim on the carrier bearing (ring where the two driveshafts meet). I'm running a 6" block on the rear and my take offs are smooth as silk. You'd never know without looking that there are blocks in the back. With only 6" lift, you shouldn't need ladder bars or anything else. Only an incorrect installation would give you that much axle wrap.
