I've actually seen this happen before!! I build houses, and the trusses were delivered one day, semi couldn't get up the fairly steep and muddy driveway, so my buddy (the general contractor) hooked onto the semi with his 01 or 02 F-350 Dually V-10, pulled the semi up the drive with no problems!! And me without a camera!! Could have sold it to Ford for a commercial!!
This makes my morning. I need to forward this to some friends (non-truck owners) who were making cracks about the ad with the SD pulling a semi out of the tunnel. Not the same thing, but will make for some good chatter.
Seems pulling semi's around is a common practice for Ford F-series. I wish I had pic's of me pulling Freightliner tractors with frozen brks and fuel systems from the frozen yard into the shop with my old '79 F-250 one blistery winter years ago.
