Removing spring bushings?

Removing spring bushings?

It's time to replace the bushings in the springs on my 83 F-250. Does anyone have any tricks to remove the old bushings and press the new ones in? Thanks for any info...

Press the center piece out first, then the rubber. Then cut the outer piece with a torch.
