Leaf spring & shackle bushings for crew cab

On my '75 F150 the Ford-parts shackles came with a bushing already installed.
Since then I've replaced the bushings in the shackles with black polyurethane from Energy Suspension(?).
And for re-arching the leaf springs they are best done cold with a sledge hammer.
A 10 pound sledge hammer does a nice job on the regular leafs but had to go to a 16 pound sledge for the 5/8" thick overloads, :)
YMMV

I have checked Energy Suspension and several other aftermarkets along with Ford and have found that the springs and shackles on the Crew-cab are different than the regular cab and so far have not found any replacement parts. I do not want a lift kit which would come with new bushings because I pull a gooseneck trailer and the smallest lift I have found is a 4" which is too much. Can I turn down a larger set of bushings?
