Front fender Insulation Replacement
Front fender Insulation Replacement
Hope this is the correct area for this problem. I own a 92 F-150, 4.9L, Auto. The insulation on the back of the passenger side front fender, in front of the door, came loose. After enduring the flapping inside the fender for a while, I pulled it out. Now when the wind is right, it howls. With the door open there is only about 2" of space to reach in. Any ideas on how to replace this? Does the wheel well have to be removed to replace this piece? Thanks
okie trick
cover all the holes and open spaces up with duck tape and get some of the expanding foam, fill that son' bitch up with that stuff, wont add weight, get rid of the headache, i have a 92 f150 ext cab 4x4 5.0l, i dont have any of that insulation on mine, i dont beleive anyhow, i will check.
