Pump fuel information.

Got a 07 PSD in August this past year. I live in central Illinois and am wondering why when you go to a station to purchase fuel there is no information avaiable as to what you are actually putting in your tank. Am finaly seeing the label stating the fuel is ULSD on a few pumps. Ford mandates only a 5% bio diesel blend max in this engine. When asking at almost all stations in this area they have no idea if it is bio let alone what percent. Since cold weather is a factor here the past few weeks I have been asking about the fuel I am buying and if it is winter blend. Station yesterday knew it was winter blend of a 70/30 mix to equal # 1 diesel good to -0. Any colder and they recommend anti-gell. This was printed on a sheet behind the register. They had no idea if it was bio or what it was a 70/30 blend of. I guess my question is if there are any regulations on diesel fuel information posted at the pumps like there is on gasoline? If so who does one contact about them being enforced.
