Worn out timing chain
My timing chain is severely worn out.I was going to get a new one but,i am starting to consider getting a timing gear set instead,so I don't ever have to bother with that damn chain again.So before I order one what are the advantages and disadvantages of switching to timing gears.Also who makes a good set and where can I get em.

gears are extrememly noisey .... And they have little play which i hear can cause some extra wear from the instant pressures etc...reiterating what i heard when i was thinking about it...then i heard one and it was obnoxious.
Get a high quality set. 3-key and put in straight up (you probably already know about that).
I'm putting in a rollmaster with german isis chain but Tim sells a set that is good for less $.
