Well having been born and raised in Washington. And having a shop between Shelton and Elma. That I spend about every other summer there working on old Fords. I just joined you and placed my vote.
After neck surgery on the 8th of march( If I can reach the keyboard) I will help out in any way I can.
What happend?? I posted here and it never showed up. Even thou I see my name in the New post Section. I don't see it here. Is I just me?
Ah never mind I fixed it. The Uni in my Avitar I did it in the shop I mentioned before and It has a lot of Washington State miles on it. See ya there in the summer.

Hiya' arctic y block, O'course Southeast Alaska counts -- in Juneau you're prolly closer to Washington than to Anchorage, that's a monster state. My sis in Sutton has to drive like 80 miles to get a MickeyD, lol. Unless Palmer finally got a fast-fooder built.
ps, I see both your posts so you fixed the prob fine :~)
I am on an Island call Prince of Whales. Bout 90 air miles northeast of Ketchikan. And ya It is 60 miles to the black top from my house on logging roads and near a hundred to Craig where we shop. I luv it. Sept in the summer as we get swamped with flatlanders. Although there money is good I would rather be in Shelton for a few months working on and driving around in an old ford. Got my 55 Town Sedan up here ta do an engine overhaul. Will probably bring her back down when done as the climat is hard on her here and I can't afford ta build her a house yet. My 62 UNI is at my brothers in western Colorado. So ya know where my first stop will be. Dam I miss her. Come on Summer.
It's my Mother in laws ranch. So the answer would be no as I was going ta fill up a couple of acers with old iron. And was Informed that was not happening. I am going ta build her a car port off the back porch. And we are talking about putting in a 1/2 dozen storage stalls for my cars. Than we will see. It will be one building with 6 lockable stalls. Just trying ta figure out how ta keep that from raising her taxes. Mason County is trying to tax rain barrels. Like they own the rain water too. I don't think so.
Placermike is 12 votes ahead in the poll, that's where my vote went. Placermike is it! Assume the mantle! Paycheck is in the mail!
I see 99Trigger30 listed as the general "Chapters" moderator, PM sent ... Ford_Six , would you also moderate here as you're a Washington resident and chapter member? I don't know how the Mod hierarchy is set up...
Rex
I wouldn't go that far yet. I have been in contact with 99Trigger30, and the information is being forwarded, but haven't got any responses yet. On the good side, the chapter seems to be getting more active at a much faster pace.
I agree, and I nominated him. However he did express that he did not think he would have the time to devote to it...I believe that he gave a vote for myself, and I appreciate it. In any case, I will give what time I have, and he has been one of the people that I have been utilizing for information and guidance.
I can only say, Please be active in the process an make your vote known.
I'm a spud man so my vote doesn't need tallied, just giving my .02, most the older members are gone as an excuse but I'm still here.
There are no rules about living in the state and being a member of the chapter. Each chapter just needs members that have fun and are active. BTW, there is nothing wrong with a 'Spud Man'...Wouldn't know what to do if Idaho didn't grow my baked potatoes!!!!!!!!!!
