need help quick!!!

guys we've got a 6.0L ps were running sythetic in (15w-40) It stays in Ga year round, can I use 5w-40? The temp rarely gets below +20 at all. help quick I'd like to change the oil today, thanks ANG.

I would say you can. The "40" is the important number and the "15" refers to it's flow rate when cold.

I think 15 is to high i think 10 or 5 will be better
