Sequential Fuel Injection

Please, forgive me for my lack of technical knowledge with this question; dose the computer used on the 2.9 Liter sequentially fire the fuel injectors or dose it bank fire? What I’m trying to learn is whether or not the fuel injectors are in sequence with the timing from the distributor. I heard somewhere that the 5.0 Liter engines as used in the F-150 is bank fire.

All SEFI does is make the car Idle a bit smoother and get a little better fuel economy due to the more precise timing of fuel events, but it doesnt give you anymore power. Batch fire is plenty fine for a rough running 2.9.
