That 440 can find a home in my F-250 anytime. As for that 1100 cid Sherman tank engine, I would put that in the bed driving the rear wheels That is one awesome engine!
The truck this topic is originally about certainly is well named.
I've crushed trucks nicer than it. How did it ever get tags on it with problems visible in pictures, especially in the Keystone State ? . . . . or are they "NQL" tags?
Is it true MOPAR is an acronym for Motor On Pavement After Race? Why did you post this on a Ford Truck Enthusiast site, do you want sympathy? Hope not we laugh at stuff like this truck represents where I am.
Good Luck Anyway.

It is easy to get tags on it, send in the $36. Done.
What problems in the pics did you think would prevent it from getting tagged?
MOPAR = My Old Pig Ain't Running
FORD = Found On Road Dead
A friend of mine couldn't register his 66 in PA because of rust problems, well that's not exactly right, he could register it but couldn't get it past inspection and got rid of it.
As far as it being entertainment, that it is. . . . . that it is. Just look at the thread man.

As long as there are no rust holes in the cab and the frame is solid it should have passed, from a rust standpoint at least. The bed can be rusted pretty badly as long as the inspector (or cop) doesn't deem it unsafe. The frame on this guy is very solid. The bed is pretty rusty but not unsafe, just ugly. The rust holes in the cab are patched, so it passes.
