The 351 is taller than the 302 putting the headers higher so I don't think there will be enough clearance. Plus I've never seen headers sold that were listed for 302 to 351 engines. They are always a different part.
They'll bolt up to the heads, but the exhaust wont bolt up. Stock Mustang and Bronco exhausts are higher and lower than eachother in term of where they meet the collector.
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 19-Dec-02 AT 01:29 AM (EST)]Keep in mind to that you are asking headers designed to handle the exhaust for a 302 to run over their design capacity by 49 c.i. thats an additional 6.125 c.i.(approx.) worth of exhuast per exhuast port/tube in the headers. If anything, your performance increase will be diminished by virtue of the fact that 302 headers don't need to handle that much volume so would be more restrictive to a 351.
The idea behind headers is to let the exhaust "get outta Dodge" (or in this case Ford) faster and more efficiently than stock manifolds. So, running headers designed for a smaller displacement engine would seem to defeat the purpose.
