wont start the tack flutters a little.the truck was plugged in. the wts, fuel filter light and water in fuel lights are on when cranking. I dont think I have seen those before. The batteries are good and getting good spin. Its cold out 24. The wts light has not been coming on occasionally,in the recent past. Would this be an indicator of something going bad.

Find the GPR under the fuel filter cover and crossout the 2 big terminals with a screw driver for 30 seconds or so. Jump in the truck and see if it fires. If it does you need to replace the GPR. BTW: It look like a starter solenoid. 2 big wires, 2 small ones.
