anyone know a national chain (or one in central NY) that does the pressurized FI treatment?
I went to Jiffy Lube and wasted my money on the stuff being sucked via the booster line...i could've done that with SeaFoam.
then again, my mechanic says that with all the additives in today's fuels (I run mostly Sunoco 93 octane...using the Hypertech Power Programmer), it's not necessary...
Today's fuels have detergent in them. I usually just add a bottle of injector cleaner at every oil change just to be safe. Try your local Ford dealer for the real cleaning. It might not be as much as you think.
