I think the only place you'll get pre-fabbed lines are from a dealership, unless anyone else carries them. I just know the fitting on the wheel cylinder is larger than the one on the block, and they are flared.... I'm guessing bubble flared, if that means you bubble the end and push the end in when you flare it? Not sure... I replaced one of mine the hard way and ended up having to cut the pre-made line short and get a fitting to adapt the too-small end to the size of the wheel cylinder fitting opening.
