If no one on here has any comments, I'd phone the dealer parts department and find out if the front quarter panels are the same for the F550 as for the F250. If they are, then you are good to go....
There's the real problem, what do you do in the rear? Easy now.
When I've seen F550s they look like they have plenty of coverage for over sized tires on the front, and have the advantage of being a factory part. But the rear would be all custom, and that is not my area of expertise. Also, since I have the Limited there is that cladding.
