Finally was able to post some pictures of my 52 F1.Check them out when you have time. Can't wait until spring or at least temps above freezing to get to work.
My truck was in a garage for 19 years, the PO had always planned to get it going again but never did. I spent 4 years trying to pry it away. Finally got it in October. Did manage to get it running and drove up and down the drive a few times. Waiting for spring for new brakes, tires, etc.

Interior is pretty good, seat is in great shape. I need to get info on changing the master cylinder to a newer dual version. Brakes will be my next job, probably in late March.
What engine did your friend put in the truck. I see its a 6 cyl of some sort. Truck looks like a great one to start with. I love the years 51 & 52 just seem to capture my attention. Good luck keep us post, more pic of interior if you get time.
Well preserved Truck; don't see too many at that level sitting for 19+ years; Great to see ya being very patience in getting your hands on a good solid truck.
