Cool! I've wanted a 4WD van since reading magazine articles about the Pathfinder conversions back in the 70s. Of course they're in a long line of vehicles that I want, and I won't get many of them. But it's still fun to live vicariously.

same here Bob. my goal is a 4X4 1 ton diesel van i can keep all my tools in like a rolling shop for doing repairs on site when plowing instead of having to haul the broken plow rig back to the shop, or loading up the needed tools and hauling them out to the site.

Coilover mounts

So because I can't just use stock '79 bronco coils (frame too wide), I am deciding to go with a set of King coilovers. In order to make the shock sit as plum as possible, I bought some inner C weld-on coilover mounts and had a buddy tack'em on to measure lineup, compression, droop, etc. The top mounts are F250 shock mounts that I found on ebay for $35.

That being said, I spent about $150 for coil towers and buckets that I'm not going to use on a van. Maybe a ranger or F150 project later on...
