The math works out nicely!

1/10 acre for the house/porch.
1/10 acre for yard/outdoor rec area
3/10 acre for the shop.

Congrats! It is a big step in life to buy property. Enjoy!

Put the whole works under roof, just think, you wouldn't have to own a lawnmower, and it won't be taking up space in your shop.

Congrats. If you think you are tired now... welcome to the "joy" of home ownership. The thing I don't understand is is you have gone underground why did you buy a house above ground?
