Not everybody knows the true sweetness of those three little words. Funny how so many things that looked or seemed so ordinary when you left....looked or seemed so extraordinary upon your return. Almost like God gifted you with a different set of eyes and heart. I'm happy for you and yours son. "Son" as in a small part of a very large family that when tested ....stepped up. Welcome back. Home looks great, chargriller is right, you see the States with a new set of eyes when you come back.
Right now I'm actually in Houston (live in stephenville), came strait down here from our ceremony to purchase a truck, and will be driving it home today
2006 Dodge 2500 4x4 quad cab short bed. Sitting here wide awake waiting for 830 to roll around so I can go up to the dealer. Time couldn't possibly go any slower right now.

I'm a little concerned. I've heard of guys coming back a bit fearless and I can see that given the combat situations you may have been in.
But a Dodge? Son, you better make a quick trip to the VA and have a little sit down with the docs first.
