When are the 150's getting the change 08 or 09? Thanks, goldendually

 

I think there getting a makeover in 2009. Not for sure but thats waht Ive heard.109 posts since 2003. Man I post too much. What would you like to see in the makeover.?

 

I'd personally like so see a new drivertrain and a new interior, BETTER cloth, i think the outside looks great though!

 

ford and gm are working together to make a 6 speed auto for there trucks. dont know about anything else in the power train though.

 

Rumor has it a Diesel Engine for 08.
Not that I care being Diesel Fuel is some .60 cents higher than regular grade gas in my area. (and yes I have a Ford 7.3 Diesel and hate going to the pump)

Also, I hear rumors of a few body changes for 08. I sure would like to know for sure as I want to order a new 07 F150 S-Crew 6.5 bed but...would be a little bummed if there was a body change for 08 and I didn't wait!

 

Now im not 100% sure but i think the body style change is due for 2009 not 2008 so hamerdown if you choose to order a 07 im sure you would be happy with that imo the 2004-2007 is one of the best body styles yet so far i really like em

 

2008 as a 2009 MY (launch is August of 2008). Size and shape will remain the same, 6.2L gas, 4.4L diesel and a 6 speed trans. No word on interior.

 

2009-99.9% Sure

 

August of 2008 as an 09 MY-100%

Truck trend said that you guy's are getting the diesel instead of the huricane, they said the huricane v8 will be going into a high performance mustang at 6.2 liters. Just about everything is getting the 6-speed auto. They hinted that your diesel will be built inhouse with some help from volvo.

Well I'm supposed to go back and work on the 09 test mules next month so I'll have to find out what is going on with the 6.2. Thats the first I've heard of the 6.2 getting cancelled in the 150. That would be a very dumb move IMO.
