Most of the rears have their own tank in the rear left compartment. The fill spot is on the rear pillar. Open your hatch and look on your left pillar somewhere around the cylinder holding the hatch up. THere will be a rubber flap there. You pull it out and fill in that spot.

On my 02 explorer, the washer is supplyed by the container in the engine conpartment, Ford used a T connection type splice for both, front and back. I had it come undone, it is located, under and to the back of the water bottle. If the front still spray, and the back don't, it is a good chance that is your problem.
