Most of them do. Most had the E4OD trans, which does have a lockup converter. A small number were built with the C6 trans, which does not have a lockup converter. The easy way to tell is on the end of the shifter. If there is a button with an OD OFF light, it's the E4OD.
Look any where at C6 info for rebuilds etc. nothing available after 91. only autos available that may resemble C6 were AODE, still not a C6. Every truck offered with a PSD was also given a OD tranny- be it manual or automatic. They all had overdrive. If you can find some documented proof I may start to believe you, but I'm 99.99999% sure you're wrong about the C6
ok jes called my local ford dealership parts dept. They didn't put a c6 in a 94 powerstroke because they couldn't get service parts for one. If that ain't proof i don't know what is.
