Eddie Bauer Captain Chairs
How hard is it to fix or replace the armrests?(96 EB to be exact). It goes past vertical, as well as down below the seatbelt buckle. Is this a part Ford carries or do I have to look to the aftermarket for this? Thanks

Not sure if the armrest would be the same design as I have in my Windstar, but I had a similar problem. All I had to do was loosen the cloth cover (just a zipper on the bottom on the armrest) and tighten up the allen bolt holding the armrest onto the seat.

that's funny. got the same problem with my driver's side armrest. i took it off and had a look at it. the plastic spacer had broken and the metal bar in the armrest had bent. forgive me i don't know the technical names for this stuff. never messed with an armrest before. i haven't fixed it yet, because i wasn't sure where to go from here with it. i bent the bar back, but wasn't sure where to get a new spacer or what else i had to do.
