getting back to the original concern of it bogging down, it has happened a few times when i dont make the truck down shift to first but is in the boost and it will bogg down at 3800rpm and lose 300rpm so i dont really think it is totaly rpm related, but maybe load related, had 2 diffrent tunes from two diffrent companys and always did it with both after i put in the 2800 rpm stall and valve body!!! i am going to get a better
valve body any possibiliy that could be the problem?

Were these mail order tunes?
It's hard to diagnose a problem without seeing some hard data. If you haven't had it on a dyno, then it would be a good idea to take it to one, espcially with the mods you have. Datalogging engine and transmission info to help get your rig dialed in properly.
Another thing i thought of is that your converter may be going from un-locked to locked at WOT.
