Cold Air Intake Setup
Apparently all I have right now is a K&N filter that I spend $305 for, and another $60 for installation. Its went in on a 1995 F350 4x4 460 motor. The filter has two intake ports on the filter. I dont know if itd actually doing anything, but it whistles alot and make alot of noise. I am now finding out that this type of filter is nothing special. My brother recently got one for his car, and the filter is by the fender, and it came with aluminzed piping . can I get this for my truck? I want to get a new cold air intake with nice piping going into the new 61mm throtte body.

Your new throttle body should be in the same place as your old one, so the old intake should fit the new TB. The piping versus the K&N composite material will make no significant difference or noise increase, nor will going to flexible tubing for the intake tube.
The intake provides little gains to begin with alone, so don't expect any sort of massive increase from it, or from switching to the kind your brother has.
