HP and Torque ratings
What are the HP and Torque ratings on a 92 4.0L engine?

Is that the same for both 2x4 and 4x4, or is there a difference between the two?

Cool, that is good to know. I am looking for a '92 4x4 Ranger, and want to find one with the 4.0L engine.

i dont think they put the 4.oL in a 92 ranger im thinking it was in the 93 and up bodystyle, i could be wrong, but i thought the 92 had 4cyl and a 2.9 in the rangers

They started putting the 4.0 in rangers in the 1990 model year.
