What specifications are you looking for?

They can change drastic from truck to truck, as well as model to model.
We would need some idea of what specs you are looking for.
Check your saftey certification lable and post all the codes from your truck, and that will give us a clue as where to begin.

Well I have about 30 pages of Factory Engine specs for the 351M.
GENERAL SPECS:
Bore and Stroke: 4.00 x 3.50
Firing order: 13726548
Oil Pressure Hot @ 2000 RPM 50-75 psi
CILYINDER HEAD:
Combustion Chamber Volume: 76.9
valve guide bore diameter: .3433-
valve seat width: intake .060- / exaust
.070-
valve seat runout max: .002
valve arangement, front to rear RT: I-E-I-E-I-E-I-E / LT: I-E-I-E-I-E-I-E
Valve seat angle 45 Degrees
etc... etc...

An 83 should also be a 351W, it came in mid year 82, but, there may have been an carryover, Ford has been known to do odd things...
Best I can do for you is specs for an 81,
For the M, and the 300, the lower set of numbers is below 8500 GVWR, higher is above(F250HD/F350)
